Contractors, architects, financial supporters and staff members gathered recently for a ceremonial groundbreaking before construction work began on the White Bear Center for the Arts expansion. Made possible by a generous donation, the expansion will double the size of the center and allow for more programming and parking. The project is expected to be completed in October.

In response to COVID-19, WBCA's building is not currently open to the public except for limited in-person programs.
