Star-Spangled Banner

Parade Grand Marshal Jim Rupert, Ethan Engh and Mason Westmoreland display a replica of the Star-Spangled Banner, the flag that flew over Fort McHenry in Baltimore Harbor during the War of 1812. Seeing the flag in battle inspired Francis Scott Key to write a poem that later became the national anthem of the United States.
