Upstream project artist Anna Metalfe recently began the process of gathering stories about water at the Rotary Pavilion in White Bear Lake. Using a transfer process, the collected stories will be recorded on porcelain tea cups. The purpose of the ongoing project, made possible with a grant from VLAWMO in partnership with the White Bear Center for the Arts, is to bring awareness of the importance of the watershed to residents in the White Bear Lake area and beyond.

The next Upstream Tea Ceremony is scheduled for June 29th. Find more information at whitebeararts.org.
