The White Bear Lake Police Department reported the following incidents: 

• Theft of items from a vehicle was reported in the 4900 block of Morehead Avenue June 20. 

• About $5 of change was reported stolen from a vehicle overnight in the 3400 block of Willow Avenue June 20. 

• Theft of two jet skis and a trailer was reported in the 4100 block of Hoffman Road June 20. No suspects. 

• Vehicle tampering was reported in the 3400 block of Willow Avenue June 20. 

• About $330 worth of merchandise was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1800 block of Cedar Avenue June 20.

• A gray Giant Cypress hybrid bicycle worth $500 was reported stolen from a garage in the 500 block of Wood Avenue June 20.

• Theft of items from a vehicle was reported in the 3900 block of Linden Street June 21. 

• Theft of a no skateboarding sign was reported in the 2400 block of County Road E June 21. 

• Officers responded to the 4700 block of Centerville Road June 21 for a theft of a Giant City Escape valued at $300. 

• A St. Paul man was arrested for third-degree DWI near Highway 61 and Buerkle Road June 22. 

• A St. Paul man was arrested for felony domestic assault in the 3600 block of Highland Avenue June 22. 

• An 18-year-old man had been drinking underage and was found in possession of marijuana and an empty alcohol bottle while driving near Bellaire Avenue June 22. The driver was cited for underage drinking and driving and underage consumption of alcohol. 

• A large rock was thrown at a vehicle parked in the 2500 block of County Road F sometime overnight June 22. Estimated damage loss is $1,700. No suspects.

• A 44-year-old White Bear Lake resident was arrested for felony domestic assault in the 4900 block of Division Avenue June 22 based on prior related domestic convictions. 

• Theft of license plates was reported in the 2100 block of Orchard Lane June 23. 

• A driver was arrested for DWI near Highway 61 June 25. 

• A theft from auto occurred in the 1800 block of Birch Street June 25. A vehicle window was shattered and a backpack was stolen. Estimated loss of $600. 

• A theft from auto occurred in the 2000 block of Randy Avenue June 25. A debit card was stolen and subsequently used fraudulently. An officer is investigating. 

• Theft of a license plate was reported in the 4200 block of Second Avenue June 25. 

• A gas drive-off was reported in the 3100 block of Century Avenue June 25. 

• A residential burglary occurred in the 3800 block of Bellaire Avenue June 25. As officers were searching the house, a white male suspect, believed to be in his mid 30s, muscular build with a buzz cut, fled the scene on foot past perimeter officers. A foot chase ensued, but the male suspect was not apprehended. Assistance from Woodbury Police Canine and the Minnesota State Patrol helicopter were unsuccessful in locating the male suspect. The investigation is ongoing. 

• Theft of items from a vehicle was reported in the 2400 block of Floral Drive June 25. 

• A car window was smashed overnight in the 3100 block of McKnight Road June 26. A tote was stolen from the front seat. 

• A vehicle was purchased with a stolen check in the 4600 block of Shady Lane June 27. The vehicle was reported stolen and the incident is under investigation. 

• Investigation is underway of a $100,000 alleged fraud between a contractor and town home association in the 1300 Block of Highway 96 E. 

•A  57-year-old Vadnais Heights resident was arrested for second-degree DWI in the 3200 block of White Bear Avenue June 27.
