The White Bear Lake Police Department reported the following incidents: 

• Fraudulent charges amounting to a loss of about $1,200 was reported in the 3500 block of Golfview Drive June 6. 

• Fraud and a loss of about $3,300 was reported in the 3800 block of Highway 61 June 7.

• A Trek bicycle worth $500 was reported stolen in the 4900 block of Johnson Avenue June 7. 

• Someone in Arizona accessed a County Road E resident's bank account and withdrew $800. The victim has never been to Arizona. No suspect information. 

• A driver was arrested for fourth-degree DWI near I-694 and White Bear Avenue June 7.

• A 41-year-old driver was arrested for second-degree DWI test refusal near White Bear Avenue June 8. The vehicle was towed and held for forfeiture. 

• Theft of a license plate was reported in the 2600 block of Riviera Drive June 8. 

• Money and credit cards were stolen from a locker in the 2100 block of Orchard Lane June 8. A debit card was used and about $700 lost. Surveillance video is being reviewed. 

• A 31-year-old driver was arrested for fourth-degree DWI near Highway 61 and County Road E June 8. Alcohol level was 0.13. 

• A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 4800 block of Karen Place June 8. 

• Shoplifting was reported in the 1900 block of Buerkle Road June 9. Suspects stole equipment and fled in a vehicle. The incident is under investigation. 

• An intoxicated driver was found in a vehicle off the roadway near Second Street and Highway 61 June 9. 

• A 29-year-old driver was arrested for third-degree DWI near Birch Lake Avenue and Carolyn Lane June 9. Alcohol level was 0.19.

• A 27-year-old driver was arrested for fourth-degree DWI near I-694 and Edgerton Street June 9. Alcohol level was 0.13. 

• A repeat shoplifter was found out when an officer stopped the suspect in the 4800 block of Highway 61 June 10. The suspect took mainly beauty products. 

• A 1997 Honda was reported stolen from the Century College parking lot June 10. 

• Officers responded to the 3600 block of Highland Avenue on a report of a disturbance. A complainant wanted her boyfriend removed from the apartment due to his aggressive behavior. Upon investigation, a 24-year-old St. Paul man was found to have a felony level warrant. He was arrested.

• Theft was reported in the 3600 block of Hoffman Road June 11.

• A bank in the 4600 block of White Bear Parkway cashed a check June 12 that was discovered to be forged. A suspect was arrested for the same offense in Roseville. 

• A checking account belonging to a business in the 2000 block of County Road E was accessed using forged checks. The matter was forwarded to investigations. 

• An officer took a report of a garage door being egged in the 3500 block of Century Avenue June 12. No monetary damage was reported. The next day they reported additional egging and damaged plants, and a loss of $15.
