The Lino Lakes Public Safety Department reported the following incidents:

• A male cashed a stolen check in the 7900 block of Lake Drive March 5. The investigation is ongoing.

• An officer was dispatched to a property damage motor vehicle crash in the area of Centerville Road and Birch Street March 5. Both vehicles were towed from the location, and an adult driver was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign.

• Officers responded to a fire alarm at an apartment building in the 700 block of Town Center Parkway March 5. There had been a small fire on a stove top that was extinguished, and the fire division was requested to respond for ventilation.

• Officers stopped a vehicle for several moving violations in the 1000 block of Main Street March 5. The adult male driver was arrested for DWI, DWI Test Refusal and other charges. The male was booked into the Anoka County Jail.

• Officers responded to a hit-and-run personal injury accident in the 2200 block of Main Street March 5. A warrant was acquired and a blood sample was taken from the driver. The case is active, and charges are pending.

 

• Officers were requested by the State Patrol to assist in locating a male who was said to be suicidal and walking on I-35W near the Lake Drive exit. The male was subsequently located by the State Patrol.

• An officer responded to assist the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Department with a vehicle they were pursuing March 6. Deputies subsequently arrested an adult male in the area of Otter Lake Road and Ash Street.

• An officer responded to a personal injury accident in the 7500 block of Fourth Avenue March 6. The officer learned the driver sustained minor injuries declined treatment.

• A third-degree substantial bodily harm case that occurred in the 7500 block of Fourth Avenue was forwarded to the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department after being investigated by a state agency March 7. The case was reviewed and submitted to the Anoka County Attorney’s Office for possible charges.

• An officer checked on a suspicious vehicle at a closed business in the 7700 block of 20th Avenue March 9. An adult male was identified and asked to leave.

• Officers took a dog attack report in the area of Mustang Lane and Mustang Court March 9. The officer advised the owner of the dog that it needed to be quarantined for 10 days. The investigation is ongoing.

• Officers received a phone call regarding a property damage hit-and-run accident that occurred in the 700 block of Apollo Drive March 10. The investigation is ongoing.

 

The Centennial Lakes Police Department reported the following incidents:

• Police were dispatched to the area of Stardust Boulevard and Center Road in Circle Pines March 6 on a property damage accident. Information was collected.

• Officers were dispatched to the area of Golden Lake Drive and Camelo Lane in Circle Pines March 6 on report of a suspicious vehicle. The driver and passenger were subsequently arrested for drug possession.

• Officers were dispatched to Circle Pines March 7 on the report of indecent exposure. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the involved parties and they were advised.

• Officers were dispatched to the 8900 block of Griggs Avenue in Lexington March 8 to assist a community service officer regarding a stolen vehicle. Officers contacted the Spring Lake Park Police Department and provided assistance.

• Officers were dispatched to the 1900 of Center Street in Centerville March 8 on report of a theft from motor vehicle. Information was collected.

• Officers were dispatched to the 9300 block of North Highway Drive in Lexington March 8 on report of a motor vehicle accident. One driver was cited for the incident.

• Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Twilite Terrace in Circle Pines March 9 on a report of a suspicious male. The male was located and was subsequently transported to the hospital.

• Police responded to the 9200 block of Lake Drive in Lexington March 9 for a counterfeit currency report. The manager advised a male suspect had passed $500 in counterfeit $50 bills at the store last night. The manager had video of the incident.

• A resident in Lexington reported criminal sexual conduct March 11. The case was forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Division for further investigation.

• Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Lovell Road and Hamline Avenue in Lexington March 12. A male drive was subsequently cited for careless driving.
