The Lino Lakes Public Safety Department reported the following incidents:

•Officers responded to a property damage accident involving two vehicles in the 300 block of Elm Street Jan. 29. Both vehicles had damage, but could be driven from the scene. No injuries were reported.

•An officer responded to a report of juveniles running from house to house in the 1500 block of Stoneybrook Drive late at night Jan. 29. The officer investigated but was not able to locate the juveniles.

•An officer took a phone call report from a resident in the 900 block of Saddle Club Court of identity theft. The caller's email address on file for his credit card was changed without his consent Jan. 29. The case is under investigation.

•Officers responded to a mail theft report in the 6100 block of Hodgson Road Jan. 29. The investigation ongoing.

•A resident in the 400 block of Forsham Lake Drive reported someone soliciting in the area and found it suspicious due to the extremely cold weather Jan. 29. An officer checked the area but did not locate the solicitor.

•Officers responded to a welfare check of a suspicious male walking in the cold in the 7700 block of Mustang Lane Jan. 29. The male lived across the street from where he was located and stated he was fine.

•Officers responded to a residence on a report of domestic assault Jan. 29. An adult male was arrested and booked into the Anoka County Jail for domestic assault by strangulation, domestic assault, interference with emergency communications and an alcohol violation.

•An officer stopped a vehicle in the area of Ash Street and 20th Avenue Jan. 30 because the male driver didn't have a driver's license. The adult male was arrested and booked into the Anoka County Jail for driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

•An officer took a report of a hit-and-run property damage report involving a damaged mailbox in the 900 block of Lois Lane Jan. 30. The investigation is ongoing.

•Officers responded to a call of a possible slumper in a vehicle parked in a business parking lot in the 7500 block of Lake Drive Feb. 1. The suspect was subsequently cited for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

•Officers responded to a personal injury accident involving two vehicles in the area of Birch Street and Deerwood Lane Feb. 1. There were minor injuries to those involved and both vehicles were towed due to severe damage. One driver was cited for careless driving.

•Officers responded to a report of a possible water main break in the 1500 block of Pheasant Hills Circle Feb. 1. Lino Lakes Public Works responded to the address to shut off the water and investigate the problem.

•An officer took a theft report from a resident in the 900 block of Evergreen Trail Feb. 1 in which three trail cameras were taken. The investigation is ongoing.

•An officer spoke to a homeowner in the 8300 block of Lake Drive who had a trail camera stolen from his property Feb. 1. The investigation is ongoing.

•Officers responded to a personal injury motor vehicle accident involving several vehicles in the 700 block of Birch Street Feb. 1. Information was collected from all parties involved and several vehicles were towed from the scene. The drivers were evaluated by paramedics, and one involved party was self-transported to the hospital.

•An officer assisted the Minnesota State Patrol in locating a male driver who fled from a crash on the freeway Feb. 2. The officer located the driver and transferred custody to the Minnesota State Patrol.

•Officers were dispatched to a local retail store to check on a male who was slumped in a vehicle in the parking lot in the 700 block of Apollo Drive Feb. 2. Officers contacted the driver and later arrested him for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The male was transported to the Anoka County Jail.

•An officer responded to a road and driving incident in the 7500 block of Lake Drive Feb. 2. Statements were taken from the complaining party. The investigation is ongoing.

•An officer was conducting stationary radar in the 1300 block of I-35W and noted a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed Feb. 3. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle but was unable to due to the poor weather conditions.

•An officer took a damage to property report regarding two damaged mailboxes in the 100 block of Elm Street Feb. 3. The investigation is ongoing.

•An officer stopped a vehicle for speeding in the 900 block of Main Street Feb. 3. After a brief investigation, the driver was cited for speeding, possession of over 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Officers responded to a personal injury crash involving three vehicles in the 8100 block of Lake Drive Feb. 3. All vehicles were towed from the scene and one driver with minor injuries was transported to a local hospital by ambulance.

•Officers received a walk-in report from a resident in the 7100 block of Rice Lake Drive who said a possible mail theft occurred in January. The complainant did not suffer a financial loss but reported some documents that were mailed did not make it to the intended recipients. The complainant was advised to contact their bank to notify them of the missing documents. There is no suspect information.

 

The Centennial Lakes Police Department reported the following incidents:

•Officers responded to Baldwin Park in Circle Pines Feb. 1 on a vandalism report. Upon investigation, officers found an unknown suspect cut wires and conduit and removed copper wires. The estimated loss is $2,000.

•Police were dispatched to the 7100 block of 20th Avenue N. in Centerville Feb. 2 on a report of damage to property. There are no suspects.

•Officers witnessed a vehicle speeding in the area of Lexington Avenue and Edgewood Road in Lexington Feb. 2. The driver was subsequently arrested for DUI.

•Officers were dispatched to a phone call report regarding a theft in the 10 block of Circle Drive in Circle Pines Feb. 3. Officers advised the reporting party to call back with more information once it was obtained.

•Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Flowerfield Road and Albert Avenue in Lexington Feb. 3. Narcotics were found in the vehicle and charges are pending.

•Officers responded to the 9200 block of North Highway Drive in Lexington Feb. 4 on report of a motor vehicle involved in a hit-and-run incident. The case is pending.

•Officers responded to the 0 block of Central Street in Circle Pines Feb. 5 regarding a suspect who was trespassing. The suspect was subsequently arrested and transported to jail.
