"Anxiety, Stress, and Coping" is a one-hour class for middle and high school students that talks about where stress and anxiety come from, positive coping strategies for stress and anxiety, when anxiety may actually be an anxiety disorder, and where to get help. A question and answer opportunity will follow the presentation. Geared for teens, parents and caregivers.
