I read Professor David Levinson’s response.  Once again Professor David Levinson gets “the wrong end of the stick.”

First, TEMS is a transportation economics firm and does not advocate for projects.  TEMS is independent and will not be associated with the building of the project.  TEMS tells as many clients (maybe more) that their route is not appropriate for passenger rail, as we tell clients it is.  Just ask the folks in Tulsa, they have wanted a train to Oklahoma City for years.
