The division two high school tennis sectional tournament was held at Aquinas High School in La Crosse on October 10 and the Osceola Chieftains were represented by one doubles team who played well enough to earn the right to compete at the sectional level.

“Emily [Raffesberger] and Gabby [Wassberg] took second,” Head Coach Beth Friedrichsen said. “They had a great first match against Altoona. I have never seen them play that well before and it was really fun to watch. The second match against a State bound team from Regis was a little more challenging, but the girls held in there and they fought.”
